Eligibility and Recruitment Overview
CDIP is a well-known non-government development organisation in Bangladesh, established in 1995 and active in social development and microcredit programmes. Its regular recruitment practice gives fresh graduates and experienced professionals a chance to grow inside a structured, professional working environment.
All of the announced posts are Field Officer positions. The Grade-15 posts offer Tk 24,500 during the six-month apprenticeship and Tk 32,380 after confirmation, while the Grade-16 posts offer Tk 22,500 during apprenticeship and Tk 29,510 after confirmation. Selected candidates also receive provident fund, gratuity, festival allowance, Baishakhi allowance and other benefits as per the organisation policy.
No specific gender restriction has been announced, so both male and female candidates may apply. Vacancies are split between the two recruitment notices: 200 Field Officer (Grade-15) and 200 Field Officer (Grade-16) posts in the first circular, and 200 Field Officer (Grade-15) and 200 Field Officer (Grade-16) posts in the second circular, making 800 posts in total across the two notices.
