Educational Qualifications Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or An academic background in any Science discipline. Job Responsibilities Identify and acquire new customers for diesel generator spare parts, particularly those related to Perkins engines. Visit existing customers regularly to maintain business relationships and generate sales inquiries. Identify potential sales opportunities and develop new business prospects within the assigned territory. Submit bills and collect payments, including the necessary VAT and tax challans. Follow up with existing clients regarding scheduled periodic maintenance of diesel generators. Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their requirements and provide relevant product information. Coordinate with the supervisor regarding sales activities, customer needs, and business development opportunities. Follow instructions provided by the supervisor and comply with company policies. Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the supervisor. Maintain records of customer visits, sales inquiries, follow-ups, and collection activities. Salary and Benefits TA/DA (Travel and Daily Allowance). Performance-based sales commission of up to BDT 100,000, depending on performance. Mobile bill allowance.
