Job Responsibilities: • Make and receive phone calls with new customers. • Regularly call old and repeat customers to collect and confirm repeat orders. • Provide customers with accurate information about the products. • Confirm and follow up on new orders. • Answer various customer questions politely and effectively. • Maintain good relationships with customers. • Provide daily reports on calls and orders. Requirements: • Must have the ability to speak Bengali clearly and fluently. • Must be confident, sincere, and responsible. • Must have the ability to communicate well with customers. • Basic skills in using computers and smartphones. • Candidates with prior experience in sales and call centers will be given preference.
