Job Responsibilities: • Provide first aid and primary treatment to employees. • Provide immediate primary treatment in cases of workplace accidents and injuries. • Conduct and maintain records of BP, Pulse, Temperature, SpO₂, Blood Glucose, etc. • Provide wound dressing and basic nursing care. • Arrange referral to a doctor/hospital as needed in emergencies. • Properly maintain employee medical records. • Monitor and maintain the medical room, first aid box, medicines, and medical equipment. • Assist in workplace accident and emergency response activities. • Coordinate with the HR, Administration, Safety, and Production departments. • Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly Medical Reports as required. Requirements: • Must have a Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery or a B.Sc. in Nursing. • Must have a valid registration with the Bangladesh Nursing & Midwifery Council (BNMC). • Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a relevant position will be given preference. • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a Hospital, Clinic, Factory Medical Center, or Industrial Nursing. • Good knowledge of first aid and emergency care. • Skills in wound care and dressing. • Basic knowledge of workplace/occupational health. • Ability to make quick and accurate decisions in emergency situations. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel. • Responsible, punctual, and professional behavior.
