Job Responsibilities Identify and generate potential buyers for land, flats, and houses. Communicate with prospective customers and follow up on inquiries and leads. Assist customers with property visits, presentations, and sales activities. Collect property information, including location, price, features, and availability. Create property-related videos and provide voiceovers for promotional content. Promote properties through social media platforms and other marketing channels. Participate in field marketing activities to generate leads and expand the customer base. Maintain customer information and follow up regularly to support sales conversions. Coordinate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve marketing performance. Educational Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Required Skills and Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in interacting with customers and presenting properties. Interest in sales, marketing, and the real estate industry. Ability to create basic promotional videos and participate in social media marketing. Self-motivated, hardworking, and target-oriented attitude. Willingness to participate in field visits and property marketing activities. Salary and Benefits Monthly fixed salary: BDT 10,000.
