Job Responsibilities: • Customer service and receiving phone calls. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports for management. Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with prospective clients. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely support and resolving customer concerns. Perform any other marketing-related duties assigned by management.
