Job Responsibilities: • উৎপাদিত পণ্যের গুণগত মান এবং গ্রাহকের নির্ধারিত মানদণ্ড নিশ্চিত করতে QA টিমকে সহায়তা করা। • পণ্যের গুণগত সমস্যা পর্যবেক্ষণ, মনিটরিং এবং ফলো-আপ কার্যক্রমে অংশগ্রহণ করা। • QA/QMS সংক্রান্ত ডকুমেন্টেশন, রেকর্ড, রিপোর্ট এবং স্ট্যান্ডার্ড অপারেটিং প্রসিডিউর (SOP) সংরক্ষণ ও হালনাগাদে সহায়তা করা। • গুণগত সমস্যার মূল কারণ (Root Cause Analysis) নির্ধারণ এবং সংশোধনমূলক ও প্রতিরোধমূলক ব্যবস্থা (CAPA) বাস্তবায়নে সহায়তা করা। • উৎপাদন বিভাগসহ অন্যান্য সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভাগের সাথে সমন্বয় করে নির্ধারিত মান বজায় রাখা। • অভ্যন্তরীণ কোয়ালিটি অডিট, ধারাবাহিক উন্নয়ন (Continuous Improvement) এবং QMS কার্যক্রমে অংশগ্রহণ করা। • প্রতিষ্ঠানের নীতিমালা ও মানদণ্ড অনুসরণ করে নির্ধারিত অন্যান্য দায়িত্ব পালন করা। Requirements: • স্বনামধন্য বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে বি.এসসি. ইন টেক্সটাইল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং। • ফ্রেশ গ্র্যাজুয়েটদের আবেদন করতে উৎসাহিত করা হচ্ছে। • Quality Assurance (QA) এবং Quality Management System (QMS) সম্পর্কে প্রাথমিক ধারণা। • ভালো যোগাযোগ ও আন্তঃব্যক্তিক (Interpersonal) দক্ষতা। • বিশ্লেষণধর্মী চিন্তাভাবনা এবং সমস্যা সমাধানের সক্ষমতা। • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ব্যবহারে দক্ষতা। • শেখার আগ্রহ, ইতিবাচক মনোভাব এবং দায়িত্বশীলতা। • দলগতভাবে কাজ করার সক্ষমতা। Benefits: • অভিজ্ঞ পেশাজীবীদের কাছ থেকে হাতে-কলমে প্রশিক্ষণ। • আধুনিক উৎপাদন পরিবেশে কাজের সুযোগ। • QA, QC এবং QMS বিষয়ে বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা অর্জনের সুযোগ। • পেশাগত দক্ষতা উন্নয়ন এবং দীর্ঘমেয়াদি ক্যারিয়ার গড়ার সুযোগ। • ইতিবাচক ও সহযোগিতামূলক কর্মপরিবেশ।
