দায়িত্বসমূহ • নির্দিষ্ট স্থানে দলগতভাবে ফিল্ড সেলস কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করতে হবে • পথচারী ও টার্গেট কাস্টমারদের কাছে কোম্পানির পলিসি সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত তথ্য উপস্থাপন করতে হবে • আগ্রহী কাস্টমারদের মেম্বারশিপ করাতে হবে • টিমের সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করে নির্ধারিত টার্গেট পূরণে কাজ করতে হবে • গ্রাহকদের প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেওয়া ও প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য বুঝিয়ে বলতে হবে • কর্তৃপক্ষের নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী sales-related অন্যান্য দায়িত্ব পালন করতে হবে যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা • ছেলে ও মেয়ে উভয়েই আবেদন করতে পারবেন • ফিল্ডে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে • টিমওয়ার্কে দক্ষ হতে হবে
