Job Responsibilities: • Develop and modify garment patterns using Lectra CAD • Interpret tech packs, measurement charts, and buyer comments • Prepare first patterns, fit corrections, and production-ready patterns • Ensure pattern accuracy, grading, and buyer requirements • Coordinate with Merchandising, Sample, Cutting, and Production teams • Review fit comments and implement required pattern revisions • Support marker planning and optimize fabric consumption • Complete assigned tasks within the required lead time following company SOPs Requirements: • SSC/HSC or equivalent • 5–10 years of experience as a CAD Pattern Master in the garment industry • Proficiency in Lectra CAD software • Strong knowledge of garment construction, fitting, grading, and pattern development • Experience with woven garments (Outerwear preferred) • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Pattern Development & Fit Correction • Pattern Grading • Garment Construction Knowledge • Technical Problem Solving • Teamwork & Communication • Time Management & Attention to Detail
