Account and Finance Manager

Position: Account & Finance Manager Educational Qualifications: • BBA with a major in Accounting or Finance • MBA in Accounting / Finance • Professional certifications such as CA (Course Completed), ACCA, or CMA (Partially Qualified candidates will be highly preferred) Job Experience: • Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience • Strong experience in Local VAT & Tax laws, compliance, audits, financial reporting, and accounting • Experience in manufacturing / garments / EPZ-based companies is highly preferred Job Responsibilities: • Manage overall financial management and control, ensuring accurate accounting and regulatory compliance • Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost-control measures; analyze variances and improve efficiency • Prepare periodic financial statements, MIS reports, and dashboards to support management decision-making • Ensure timely and accurate VAT, TAX, and statutory compliance in accordance with Bangladesh laws • Handle banking, treasury, cash flow, and fund management, including liaison with banks and financial institutions • Develop, update, and enforce financial policies, SOPs, internal controls, and governance frameworks • Lead and supervise the Accounts & Finance team, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and ethical practices • Oversee foreign purchase and import-related accounting, including LC documentation and landed cost calculation • Prepare reports and communicate effectively with foreign management Company & Contact Information: Mingda (Bangladesh) New Material Co.
