Job Responsibilities: • Manage all accounting and financial operations. • Maintain daily sales, expenses, cash flow, and financial records. • Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, and cost analysis. • Handle local purchasing, supplier coordination, and vendor management. • Monitor food costs, inventory, purchase records, and payments. • Ensure financial accuracy, transparency, and internal control. Requirements: • Proven accounting experience in restaurants, cafés, or the hospitality industry. • Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel. • Practical experience in restaurant procurement and local purchasing. • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to independently manage the Accounts Department.
