***READ BEFORE APPLYING*** Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to inquiries via phone, Facebook, and WhatsApp. Understand students’ needs and explain course details, fees, and admission procedures. Follow up with prospective students and convert interested leads into paid enrollments. Guide students through registration, admission, and payment processes. Maintain accurate lead records using CRM software and Google Sheets. Track calls, follow-ups, conversions, and enrollments and submit daily reports. Work toward assigned sales and enrollment targets. Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree completed, or Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong Bangla communication and interpersonal skills; English proficiency is an advantage. Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Sheets. Experience with CRM software and lead management is preferred. Strong persuasion, negotiation, follow-up, and time-management skills. A proactive, organized, and results-driven attitude. Preferred Experience: Sales, telesales, call center operations, customer support, student admissions, or EdTech course sales experience will be an advantage.
