Job Responsibilities: • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and confidently • Communicate with prospective students through phone calls, Facebook Page messages, WhatsApp, and other assigned channels • Contact leads generated through marketing campaigns and promotional activities • Explain course details, pricing, admission procedures, and payment options • Conduct follow-ups and convert qualified leads into enrolled students • Maintain CRM and Google Sheets records and prepare daily reports Requirements: • Graduation completed (Bachelor's degree) or currently pursuing an undergraduate degree • Basic computer proficiency • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Practical experience using Google Sheets and CRM software • Strong verbal communication in Bangla; English preferred Benefits: • Salary is negotiable based on skills and relevant experience • Festival bonuses as per company policy • Sales incentives, if applicable, as per company policy
