Job Responsibilities: • Manage and support TikTok agency operations and daily activities. • Communicate professionally with TikTok creators, influencers, and potential partners. • Assist with creator recruitment, engagement, and relationship management. • Maintain professional communication with clients and team members. • Achieve monthly performance targets and contribute to overall business growth. • Build and maintain strong relationships within the TikTok creator community. • Support digital marketing and social media-related activities when required. • Achieve performance targets and earn attractive performance-based commissions. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a reputed university. • Current university students with strong English communication skills are also encouraged to apply. • Must understand English and have basic spoken English communication skills. • Candidates with fluent English communication skills will receive higher preference. • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. • Basic knowledge of social media platforms, especially TikTok, is preferred. • Interest in digital marketing, social media, and online business. • Freshers are welcome to apply.
