Key Responsibilities: • Lead overall QA & QC operations from development to final shipment • Ensure buyer compliance and quality standards • Monitor inline, end-line & final inspections • Implement quality procedures and CAPA initiatives • Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Technical & IE teams • Lead and develop the quality team • Support audits and monitor quality performance Educational Requirements: • B.Sc. in Textile Engineering / Textile Technology • Or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline Experience Requirements: • 10–12 years of relevant experience • Experience in renowned Knit Composite Garments Industry is mandatory Additional Requirements: • Age: 35–50 years • Strong English communication skills • Sound knowledge of Knit Garments & Knit Composite Manufacturing • Proficiency in MS Office • Strong leadership and problem-solving capability Skills: • Quality Assurance & Quality Control • Quality Management System • Buyer Compliance • Team Leadership • CAPA Implementation • Quality Audit Management Salary & Benefits: • Salary: Negotiable • Attractive Compensation Package • Yearly Salary Review • Festival Bonus (2) • Other benefits as per company policy Interested and eligible candidates are encouraged to apply within the deadline.
