Job Responsibilities: • Conduct research with retail stores, distributors, channel teams, marketing teams, and sales teams to understand workflows, user needs, and operational challenges. • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, technical solutions, workflows, user stories, and development tasks. • Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data related to sales, inventory, retail execution, channel operations, marketing activities, and user behavior. • Help design and develop AI Agent applications, automated workflows, data-processing tools, dashboards, and lightweight business applications. • Support integration between internal systems, databases, APIs, and third-party platforms to improve data flow and operational efficiency. • Participate in prototyping, system testing, user acceptance testing, pilot programs, and production deployment. • Support user training, pilot follow-up, feedback collection, and the resolution of common system and data issues. • Track user adoption and solution performance, maintain issue logs and data records, and prepare weekly project updates. • Analyze business and system issues, identify root causes, and propose practical product, process, or technical improvements. • Identify localization needs related to Bengali language, local data, business processes, and market rules, and validate improvements through field testing. • Prepare user guides, process documentation, data definitions, technical documentation, and localized knowledge materials. • Turn local project experience into reusable solutions, tools, and knowledge assets for the company’s unified AI Agent platform.
