Job Title: Area Executive Job Type: Full-Time Location: Assigned Region/Area Job Overview: The Area Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales, marketing, and operational activities within a designated geographical area. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise day-to-day operations within the assigned area. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and implement area-specific marketing strategies. Visit clients/customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues. Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities and provide feedback. Build and maintain a strong distribution network. Train and motivate the local sales team or field executives. Generate regular reports on sales, customer feedback, and team performance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, marketing, or area management. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned region. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
