Position: - Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – HR & Payroll Job Location: - Rupganj, Narayanganj Job Type: - Full Time Experience: - Minimum 7 years or above in the relevant field - Must have practical experience in HR and payroll operations in a factory environment - Experience in textile manufacturing industry will be highly preferred Educational Qualification: - Master’s degree in any discipline - PGD in HRM is required/preferred Required Knowledge & Skills: - Must have good knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law BLL - Must have good knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Rules - Must be updated on labour law amendments - Strong knowledge of payroll management, attendance, overtime, leave and benefits - Good understanding of factory HR operations and compliance requirements - Strong communication, leadership and reporting skills - Excellent computer skills, especially MS Excel - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Key Responsibilities: - Manage overall HR and payroll activities of the factory - Prepare and process monthly salary, overtime, attendance and leave records - Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies - Maintain employee personal files, service records and HR database - Handle recruitment, joining, confirmation, transfer and separation processes - Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, Labour Rules and relevant amendments - Coordinate with accounts, compliance and factory management regarding payroll and HR issues - Prepare HR, payroll and management reports as required - Handle employee grievances and support smooth employee relations - Ensure discipline and proper workforce management in the factory Salary: - Negotiable, based on experience and qualification
