নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি একটি স্বনামধন্য প্রতিষ্ঠানে Sales & Marketing এবং Corporate Marketing কার্যক্রম পরিচালনার জন্য অভিজ্ঞ ও দক্ষ পুরুষ প্রার্থী নিয়োগ দেওয়া হবে। পদের নাম: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Sales & Marketing কর্মসংস্থান: ফুল-টাইম কর্মস্থল: আশুলিয়া, সাভার, সাভার EPZ, ঢাকা বেতন: ৪৫,০০০–৬০,০০০ টাকা/মাস অভিজ্ঞতা: ন্যূনতম ৫ বছর শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE)-এ BSc ডিগ্রি থাকতে হবে। দায়িত্বসমূহ: Corporate Marketing ও কোম্পানির পণ্যের Branding কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা। Sales & Marketing Strategy তৈরি ও বাস্তবায়ন করা। Marketing Team পরিচালনা ও Sales Target অর্জন নিশ্চিত করা। Corporate Client তৈরি ও সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা। বাজার ও প্রতিযোগী বিশ্লেষণ করে নতুন ব্যবসার সুযোগ খুঁজে বের করা। Sub-station, Online UPS, Cable, Component ও BBT-এর Marketing ও Sales বৃদ্ধি করা। Client Presentation ও Contract Negotiation পরিচালনা করা। নিয়মিত Sales ও Marketing Report প্রস্তুত করা। প্রয়োজনীয় দক্ষতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা: Corporate Marketing-এ ন্যূনতম ৫ বছরের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। Electrical Engineering এবং Electrical Products সম্পর্কে ভালো কারিগরি জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে। Sales & Marketing Strategy এবং Business Development-এ দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে। Sub-station, Online UPS, Cable, Electrical Component ও BBT সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা থাকতে হবে। Corporate Client Handling, Negotiation ও Relationship Management-এ দক্ষ হতে হবে। Team Leadership ও Target Achievement-এর সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে। Market Analysis, Forecasting ও Reporting-এ দক্ষ হতে হবে। ভালো Communication ও Presentation Skill থাকতে হবে।
