CAREER OPPORTUNITY Position: Assistant / Deputy Manager – Cutting (Woven) Location: Mongla EPZ, Mongla, Bagerhat JINLITE Bangladesh Limited is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced professional to join our Production team. Job Summary: The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Cutting Department for woven bottom production, ensuring efficient operations, optimum fabric utilization, and timely delivery of accurately cut components to achieve production targets. Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (Honours) in any discipline Professional training in Production Management or Industrial Engineering will be considered an added advantage Experience Requirements: Minimum 8 years of experience in the Ready-Made Garments (RMG) industry Proven experience in woven jacket production will be highly preferred Strong knowledge of sewing operations, production planning, line balancing, productivity improvement, and quality management Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and supervise all cutting department activities for woven bottom production Ensure accurate and efficient fabric spreading, marker planning, and cutting according to production schedules Monitor fabric consumption, minimize wastage, and optimize fabric utilization Ensure proper maintenance and efficient operation of cutting machines, tools, and equipment Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and cutting quality standards Lead, train, and motivate the cutting team to improve productivity and operational efficiency Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, and Production teams to achieve daily and monthly production targets Ensure compliance with workplace safety, hygiene, and environmental standards Prepare and analyze reports on fabric consumption, cutting output,
