TRIGON DEVELOPMENTS LTD. বানানি, ঢাকা-তে অবস্থিত তাদের নতুন নির্মাণ কোম্পানির জন্য Assistant Architect (Draftsmanship) পদে প্রার্থী নিয়োগ দেবে। পদটি অ্যাপার্টমেন্ট ও শিল্প নির্মাণের ড্রয়িং তৈরি করা, নকশার মান বজায় রাখা ও প্রকল্পের ড্রয়িং সংক্রান্ত কাজ পরিচালনা করার জন্য দায়ী থাকবে। দায়িত্ব ও কর্তব্য • অ্যাপার্টমেন্ট ও শিল্প নির্মাণের ড্রয়িং তৈরি ও আপডেট করা • আর্কিটেক্ট/ইঞ্জিনিয়ারের ধারণার ভিত্তিতে ড্রয়িং তৈরি করা (প্ল্যান, সেকশন, এলিভেশন, বিবরণ) • প্রকল্পের সময় নকশার পরিবর্তন অনুযায়ী ড্রয়িং আপডেট করা • নির্দেশিত হলে শপ ড্রয়িং প্রস্তুত করা • নির্দিষ্ট উপাদানের জন্য ড্রয়িং তৈরি করা (স্টিল বিবরণ, ফ্যাসাড, MEP লেআউট, রিইনফোর্সমেন্ট লেআউট ইত্যাদি) • ড্রয়িং তৈরির সময় মানদণ্ড ও স্পেসিফিকেশন অনুসরণ করা (স্কেল, লাইন টাইপ, অ্যানোটেশন) • ড্রয়িংয়ে সঠিক সিম্বল, মাত্রা ও নোট প্রয়োগ করা • স্ট্রাকচারাল, আর্কিটেকচারাল ও MEP প্রয়োজনের সাথে ড্রয়িং সামঞ্জস্য নিশ্চিত করা • ইঞ্জিনিয়ারদের সংশোধন বা সাইটের অবস্থার পরিবর্তনের সময় ড্রয়িং আপডেট করা • সংশোধন সঠিকভাবে চিহ্নিত করা (রিভিশন ক্লাউড/বার, সংস্করণ নিয়ন্ত্রণ) • সংগঠিত ড্রয়িং রেজিস্টার বজায় রাখা (সর্বশেষ কী, কী অনুমোদনের জন্য জারি করা হয়েছিল) • কখনও কখনও পরিমাণ-সম্পর্কিত ড্রয়িং সমর্থন প্রদান করা (BOQ/ম্যাটেরিয়াল টেকঅফ) • নির্মাণ ডকুমেন্টেশন সমর্থন প্রদান করা (কাজ সম্পন্ন হলে বা পরিবর্তন ঘটলে অ্যাস-বিল্ট ড্রয়িং আপডেট করা) • সাইট টিমকে স্পষ্টীকরণ ড্রয়িং প্রদান করা যোগ্যতা ও শর্তাবলি • শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: Architecture-এ ডিপ্লোমা • অভিজ্ঞতা: অন্তত 5 বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা (Architecture Firm, Building & Construction Materials, Developer, Engineering Firms, Escalator/Elevator/Lift, HVAC System, Interior Design ব্যবসায় কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে) • বয়স: 23 থেকে 35 বছর • অ্যাপার্টমেন্ট ডেভেলপার কোম্পানির কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার বেতন ও সুযোগ-সুবিধা • মাসিক বেতন: অভিজ্ঞতা ও পারফরম্যান্সের ভিত্তিতে আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে • কোম্পানির নিয়ম অনুযায়ী বার্ষিক বেতন বৃদ্ধি ও অন্যান্য সুবিধা প্রদান করা হবে
