Job Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other online platforms Manage and moderate social media pages, responding to customer inquiries and coordinating online sales Promote and sell beauty products through both online and offline channels Coordinate with influencers for product reviews, unboxing videos, and promotional collaborations Communicate with vendors, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations Organize promotional campaigns, podcasts, live sessions, and other brand marketing activities Monitor online sales performance and prepare regular reports Develop creative content ideas to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement Monitor brand promotions and support marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, or brand management Experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, FMCG, Battery, Storage Cell, or E-commerce industries will be preferred Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's/Honors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline Age: Maximum 35 years Strong understanding of social media marketing and influencer collaborations Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness trends Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience with online business, e-commerce, or page moderation will be an advantage Compensation & Benefits: Salary: Negotiable Gratuity Yearly Salary Review Festival Bonus: 2 Other benefits as per company policy
