Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily Front of the House operations and ensure smooth service flow. • Manage and lead the service team during shifts to maintain high standards. • Greet guests, handle customer inquiries, and resolve complaints professionally. • Ensure restaurant cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation meet brand standards. • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with kitchen staff for efficient service. • Train and mentor new team members on service protocols and hospitality standards. • Prepare shift reports and communicate feedback to senior management. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Qualifications & Requirements: • Experience: Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory role is preferred. • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. • Traits: Confident, well-presented, passionate about hospitality, and able to work under pressure. • Availability: Flexible to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
