Job Responsibilities Conduct classroom teaching activities and support students' academic development. Teach and communicate effectively in Bengali, English, and Arabic. Prepare lesson plans and organize educational materials according to students' learning needs. Use digital books and other learning resources to make lessons engaging and effective. Help students develop reading, writing, speaking, and language comprehension skills. Provide guidance and individual support to students who need additional assistance. Maintain classroom discipline and create a safe, friendly, and supportive learning environment. Monitor students' classroom participation, learning progress, and behavior. Apply appropriate teaching techniques based on students' age, abilities, and learning needs. Support handwriting development and other foundational learning activities. Coordinate with fellow teachers and school management regarding academic activities and student progress. Communicate with parents or guardians when required by the school authority. Follow the school's academic guidelines, teaching standards, and classroom procedures. Educational Requirements Alim, Fazil, Kamil, or Dawra qualification. Proficiency in Bengali, English, and Arabic is required. An interest in teaching and supporting children's educational development is essential. Required Skills Strong communication skills in Bengali, English, and Arabic. Classroom management and student engagement skills. Ability to explain lessons clearly and patiently. Good interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills. Familiarity with digital learning resources is an advantage. A responsible, caring, and student-focused attitude.
