Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage time plans and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Have regular communications with stakeholders holders (clients, consultants, project personnel, procurement team, accounts & budget teams and contractors) to ensure seamless project operations. Team & Contractor Management: Select and oversee project personnel, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure high-quality work. Cost Optimization: Identify the best work methodologies to minimize time and expenditure while maintaining quality. Billing & Monitoring: Review project billing, monitor progress, and ensure work progress aligns with the planned schedule. Client Relations: Prepare competitive offers, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure client satisfaction. Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
