Job Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages. • Prepare beverages according to standard recipes and quality guidelines. • Take customer orders accurately and process them efficiently. • Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment safely. • Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all beverages. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, workstation, and equipment. • Monitor and manage beverage ingredients and supplies. • Provide friendly and professional customer service. • Handle customer requests and basic complaints appropriately. • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times. • Support other daily café operations when required. Requirements: • Previous experience as a Barista is preferred. • Knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage-making techniques. • Ability to operate and maintain basic barista equipment. • Good communication and customer service skills. • Friendly, responsible, hardworking, and punctual. • Good personal hygiene and a neat appearance. • Ability to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
