Position: Barista Job Location: Nikunja 2, Dhaka Job Type: Full-time Barista for a small takeaway coffee shop Joining: Next month Duty Hours: 8 hours per day Job Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve coffee professionally - Prepare espresso-based beverages such as Latte, Cappuccino, Americano, etc. - Perform latte art properly and consistently - Operate a commercial espresso machine and grinder - Handle high customer volume efficiently during peak hours - Maintain excellent coffee quality - Communicate with customers politely and professionally - Handle cash, payments, and daily sales independently - Assist with food preparation when required - Maintain café cleanliness, hygiene, and organized work areas - Work efficiently in a small and fast-paced café environment - Follow company rules and perform assigned duties properly Candidate Requirements: - Good knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-based beverages - Latte art skills are required - Experience operating a commercial espresso machine and grinder - Ability to handle busy rush hours and high customer volume - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Honest, responsible, and trustworthy - Ability to independently handle cash, payments, and daily sales - Strong focus on cleanliness, hygiene, and organized work - Comfortable with food preparation and general café cleaning duties - Punctual, energetic, and hardworking - Able to work efficiently in a small, fast-paced café environment - Experienced candidates will be preferred - Freshers with strong practical skills may also apply Salary & Benefits: - Salary: BDT 15,000 – 25,000 per month - Salary will depend on experience and skill - Additional sales incentive based on high sales performance - Dinner will be provided
