Job Responsibilities: • Manage and supervise overall branch operations effectively. • Monitor daily branch performance, sales, and operational activities. • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and operational reports. • Monitor stock, product usage, and wastage control. • Ensure consistent coffee and food quality according to company standards. • Ensure proper implementation of recipes, SOPs, and preparation procedures. • Supervise Shift In-Charges and coordinate the branch team. • Monitor staff grooming, hygiene, discipline, and performance. • Identify operational issues and take necessary corrective actions. • Coordinate with senior management regarding branch performance and operational issues. • Implement branch-level marketing activities and take initiatives to increase sales. Requirements: • Strong understanding of café/restaurant operations. • Ability to manage and coordinate branch teams effectively. • Experience in stock control, inventory monitoring, and wastage management. • Strong understanding of food and beverage quality standards. • Ability to monitor and implement recipes and SOPs. • Good reporting and analytical skills. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to supervise Shift In-Charges and other team members. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
