Job Responsibilities: • Manage overall sales and daily operations at the Motijheel branch. • Lead the sales team to achieve monthly targets. • Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. • Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and support business growth. • Monitor stock, product deliveries, and inventory records. • Handle customer complaints and coordinate warranty and after-sales services. • Track team performance and report branch activities to management.
