Job Responsibilities: • Promote Skin Cafe skincare products at the assigned Super Shop outlet. • Assist customers by providing accurate product information. • Understand customers’ skincare needs and recommend suitable products. • Demonstrate product features, usage, and benefits. • Support sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets. • Maintain product displays and ensure products are properly arranged. • Build positive relationships with customers and provide friendly service. • Collect customer feedback and share relevant information with the concerned team. • Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of the assigned sales area. • Perform other brand promotion-related duties as assigned. Requirements: • Minimum HSC qualification. • 1–2 years of experience as a Brand Promoter in a brand outlet, preferably in the Skin Care category. • Freshers are also encouraged to apply. • Good communication and customer-handling skills. • Presentable, confident, energetic, and customer-friendly. • Willingness to work at the mentioned locations. • Candidates must be genuinely interested in working in the specified areas. Duty Time: • Half Time: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM • Friday Only: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM Salary & Benefits: • Salary: Negotiable • Monthly Incentive: BDT 1,500–3,000 • Two Eid Festival Bonuses yearly: 50% of salary each, after completing 6 months of continuous service.
