Position: Brand Promoter Gender: Female Job Type: Office-based Job Responsibilities: * Promote company products and increase brand awareness * Approach customers and explain product features, pricing, and promotions * Conduct live product demonstrations and generate leads * Distribute flyers, samples, and promotional materials * Assist with social media management and content creation * Speak confidently and naturally in front of the camera * Collect customer feedback and submit daily/weekly reports * Monitor competitor activities and report to the supervisor * Help in other sectors when required Requirements: * Female candidates with prior brand promotion or customer-facing sales experience preferred * Strong communication skills in Bengali and basic English * Must be confident when approaching strangers and speaking with customers * Must be comfortable speaking in front of a camera without hesitation * Basic knowledge of social media management * Ability to work under pressure * Must have a smartphone with internet access * Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods * Willing to work at different assigned locations * Professional grooming and presentation required * Punctual, responsible, self-motivated, and team-oriented Work Conditions: * Office-based role with social media content creation responsibilities * Rotating shifts, weekends, or public holidays may be required * Must follow company guidelines, safety protocols, schedules, and dress code * Consistent attendance and timely completion of assigned tasks are mandatory
