Job Responsibilities: • Marriage Solution BD-কে সকল promotional ও marketing activity-তে professionally represent করতে হবে • Facebook Live, TikTok Live, YouTube Live এবং অন্যান্য live session পরিচালনা করতে হবে • promotional video, reels, short-form content এবং social media post তৈরি করতে হবে • corporate visit, educational institution, shopping mall, exhibition, fair, seminar ও promotional event-এ অংশ নিতে হবে • potential customer-দের কাছে company service confidently present করতে হবে • prospective client-দের সাথে relationship build করতে হবে এবং accurate information দিতে হবে • promotional campaign ও customer interaction-এর মাধ্যমে quality lead generate করতে হবে • Marketing Team-এর সাথে branding ও customer acquisition strategy execute করতে হবে • fair, exhibition ও campaign-এ promotional booth manage করতে হবে • customer feedback collect করে updated lead database maintain করতে হবে • daily, weekly এবং monthly activity report prepare করতে হবে • market trend, competitor activity এবং customer behavior monitor করতে হবে • excellent customer service maintain করতে হবে • monthly promotional ও lead generation target achieve করতে হবে • management-এর assign করা additional branding/marketing task সম্পন্ন করতে হবে Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree (Honours) in any discipline • Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication বা related field হলে অগ্রাধিকার পাবে • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply • Brand Promotion, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Public Relations বা Live Presentation-এ experience থাকলে preference দেওয়া হবে • Female candidates only • বয়স: 20–50 years • excellent communication and interpersonal skills থাকতে হবে • strong presentation and public speaking ability থাকতে হবে • camera-এর সামনে confidently কাজ করতে স্বাচ্ছন্দ্য থাকতে হবে • Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা থাকতে হবে • creative mindset থাকতে হবে • professional appearance এবং confident personality থাকতে হবে • self-motivated ও target-oriented হতে হবে • promotional event ও cam
