নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি পদের নাম: Business Development Executive (IT Sales) পদসংখ্যা: ০৫ জন চাকরির ধরন: Remote (Work from Home) দায়িত্বসমূহ: নতুন ক্লায়েন্ট ও ব্যবসায়িক সুযোগ তৈরি করা। Website Development, Web Application, POS Software, ERP এবং অন্যান্য IT Solutions সম্ভাব্য ক্লায়েন্টদের কাছে উপস্থাপন করা। সম্ভাব্য ক্লায়েন্টদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ, মিটিং ও নিয়মিত ফলো-আপ করা। ক্লায়েন্টের চাহিদা বুঝে উপযুক্ত IT Solution প্রস্তাব করা। নির্ধারিত বিক্রয় লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অর্জন করা। দীর্ঘমেয়াদি ক্লায়েন্ট সম্পর্ক তৈরি ও বজায় রাখা। বিক্রয় কার্যক্রমের নিয়মিত রিপোর্ট প্রদান করা। যোগ্যতা: ন্যূনতম স্নাতক (অনার্স) বা সমমান পাস। IT Sales বা Business Development-এ পূর্ব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে। ভালো যোগাযোগ, উপস্থাপনা ও নেগোশিয়েশন দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে। কম্পিউটার ও ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহারে দক্ষ হতে হবে। ফ্রেশ গ্র্যাজুয়েটরাও আবেদন করতে পারবেন। পারিশ্রমিক: কোনো Fixed Salary নেই। প্রতিটি সফল Sales-এর উপর আকর্ষণীয় Percentage Commission প্রদান করা হবে। যত বেশি Sales, তত বেশি আয়ের সুযোগ। দক্ষতা ও পারফরম্যান্সের ভিত্তিতে দীর্ঘমেয়াদে ক্যারিয়ার গড়ার সুযোগ। আবেদন প্রক্রিয়া: আগ্রহী প্রার্থীদের তাদের আপডেটেড CV ইমেইলে পাঠানোর অথবা সরাসরি যোগাযোগ করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
