Job Responsibilities: • নির্ধারিত এলাকায় নিয়মিত Field Marketing & Business Development এর জন্য কাজ করা • বিভিন্ন ধরনের ব্যবসা প্রতিষ্ঠানের owner ও decision maker এর সাথে যোগাযোগ করা • Potential clients খুঁজে বের করা এবং নতুন business leads তৈরি করা • Store OS এর বিভিন্ন software solution সম্পর্কে potential clients কে জানানো • Client এর business বুঝে উপযুক্ত Store OS solution recommend করা • Potential clients এর কাছে software demo/presentation দেওয়া • Interested clients এর সাথে নিয়মিত follow-up করা • Existing clients এর সাথে ভালো business relationship maintain করা • Market feedback, competitor information এবং customer requirements সংগ্রহ করা Requirements: • Freshers are welcome to apply • Marketing, Sales অথবা Business Development এ অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার • মানুষের সাথে confidently কথা বলতে পারতে হবে • ভালো communication ও interpersonal skills থাকতে হবে • নতুন মানুষের সাথে relationship তৈরি করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে • Field work ও regular travel করতে আগ্রহী হতে হবে • Smartphone ও basic technology ব্যবহারে স্বাচ্ছন্দ্য থাকতে হবে Benefits: • Sales Commission • Performance-based incentive • Performance অনুযায়ী ভবিষ্যতে growth opportunity
