Job Responsibilities: • Assist the Butcher/Chef in cutting, cleaning, and preparing meat, chicken, and fish. • Help with portioning meat according to kitchen requirements. • Maintain cleanliness of butcher area, knives, boards, and tools. • Store meat and seafood properly as per hygiene standards. • Follow food safety and sanitation rules. • Assist in receiving and checking meat/fish items. • Keep the working area organized and clean at all times. • Follow instructions from kitchen supervisors. Requirements: • Experience in butcher section, hotel, restaurant, or catering kitchen is preferred. • Basic knowledge of meat, chicken, and fish cutting is an advantage. • Must be physically fit and hardworking. • Must be clean, disciplined, and responsible. • Ability to work in a team. • Must be able to work under pressure.
