Job Responsibilities:
• Receive and handle customer phone calls professionally.
• Manage both inbound and outbound calls.
• Explain company services and information clearly to customers.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain daily call records and reports.
• Coordinate effectively with the team to ensure quality customer service.
Requirements:
• Good English speaking and communication skills.
• Smart, polite, and confident personality.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage.
