Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers.
• Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
• Achieve daily call targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
• Prepare daily call reports and maintain proper documentation.
