Job Responsibilities: • Operate studio cameras for news, talk shows, interviews, podcasts, and other productions. • Set up and adjust cameras, tripods, lenses, framing, and camera angles. • Maintain proper focus, exposure, white balance, and composition. • Coordinate with the director, producer, presenter, and technical team during live or recorded programs. • Handle basic camera lighting and studio equipment setup. • Ensure smooth camera operation during multi-camera productions. • Troubleshoot basic camera and equipment issues. • Maintain and safely store cameras, lenses, and accessories. • Assist with outdoor shoots when required. Educational Qualification: • Minimum HSC/Diploma. • Degree in Film, Media, Journalism, Communication, or related field will be an advantage. Requirements: • Good knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, and studio equipment. • Basic understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and video production. • Ability to operate DSLR/Mirrorless, Cinema, or Broadcast Cameras. Experience: • 1–3 years of experience as a Camera Person/Camera Operator is preferred. • Experience in TV, news channels, studios, production houses, podcasts, or live events will be an advantage. • Freshers with strong practical camera skills and a good portfolio may also be considered.
