Job Responsibilities: • To store and manage the accounts of all branches in a central system • To keep the accounts of each branch separate and to prepare consolidated financial reports for all branches • Daily sales, cash collection, digital payment and bank deposit reconciliation • Monitor Food Cost and Recipe Cost for each dish • Prepare weekly and monthly Profit & Loss Statement • Present branch financial status and help in budget preparation, expense control and business financial planning Requirements: • At least 4-5 years of real work experience in accounting or finance • Experience in restaurant chain, food chain, multiple branches, or established F&B organization • Knowledge of VAT, tax, bank reconciliation and financial documentation • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets; ERP/POS experience preferred
