Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen. Ensure food is fresh, healthy and properly prepared. Manage kitchen ingredients properly and minimize food wastage. Prepare different types of local and international cuisine. Japanese cuisine cooking experience will be highly preferred. Follow proper food safety and hygiene standards. Requirements Female candidate preferred. Previous experience as a cook is required. Good knowledge of cooking and food preparation. Basic to good English communication skills. Japanese cuisine experience will be considered an advantage. Must be honest, responsible, punctual and well mannered. Ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
