Warehouse Supervisor

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor Department: Supply Chain / Logistics Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities such as receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining safety standards, and leading a team of warehouse staff. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching goods. Ensure accurate inventory management and perform regular stock checks. Monitor warehouse equipment and ensure maintenance schedules are followed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance goals. Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, shipments, and productivity. Enforce compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures. Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role. Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control systems. Proficient in using warehouse management software (WMS) and MS Office. Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
