Sr. Counselor

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Counselor to provide guidance, support, and counseling services to individuals facing personal, academic, career, or emotional challenges. The ideal candidate will be an excellent listener with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others improve their well-being and make informed life decisions. Key Responsibilities: Provide individual and group counseling sessions based on client needs Identify psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues and offer appropriate support Develop and implement personalized action or treatment plans Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions Collaborate with teachers, parents, HR teams, or other stakeholders as required Keep accurate and timely records of all sessions and progress Conduct assessments and evaluations to understand clients' needs Organize and lead workshops, seminars, or awareness programs Stay updated with best practices and developments in counseling techniques
