Plan & achieve the primary & secondary Sales Target. Demand Brand availability and visibility. Implement coverage & distribution strategies. Plan & implementing Territory Business Plan. Leading, developing & managing Team to exceed monthly value volume performance, distribution correction, scheme, enrollment up-gradation. Driving 'Route to Market' strategies as a way of life within the distributors with quarterly review of Key distributors' financial analysis, ensuring proper ROI by covering up distributor gaps. Ensure successful service in an ever-changing market. Developing and driving channel & brand specific schemes & retail activation and trade program to capitalize opportunities for rain and category growth.
