Resolve customer complaints professionally. Ensure service quality as per company standards. Learn and improve through continuous reading and self-study. Receive customer's phone calls and answer queries; Customers schedule according to the day and time; Regularly maintain and update customer's database based on information; Driving customer retention programs to ensure loyalty; Manage customers complains accordingly; Ensure customer services according to the given requirements; Continuously improve knowledge through reading and self-study.
