Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for all machinery and utilities. Supervise a team of technicians and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime. Ensure timely maintenance of HVAC, power supply, lighting, plumbing, and production equipment. Maintain records of equipment performance and maintenance schedules. Monitor and control maintenance budget and spare parts inventory. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for outsourced maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
