🧾 Key Responsibilities:
🌍 Regional Sales Manager:
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Lead and supervise sales teams across multiple territories within the assigned region.
Analyze regional market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Set and monitor performance targets for team members and ensure KPIs are met.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Provide regular reports to senior leadership with sales forecasts, performance metrics, and recommendations.
🛒 Sales Manager:
Manage day-to-day sales operations and support the sales team in achieving targets.
Identify and pursue new customer acquisition opportunities and markets.
Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team for peak performance.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Monitor sales performance and deliver regular updates and feedback to management.
