This is a full-time, office-based role with night shift priority, ideal for candidates who can work with international clients from the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia. The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and possess strong communication skills. Key responsibilities include handling customer queries via chatbot and email, maintaining logs, supporting the production team, managing file uploads/downloads, and building long-term client relationships. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree, with at least 2 years of relevant experience; however, confident and enthusiastic freshers are also encouraged to apply. Proficiency in English and computer literacy is essential, along with the ability to consistently work night shifts.
