Job Responsibilities Assist in recruitment & selection process that includes job advertisement, CV screening, IQ test, value test and exit interview. Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed. Maintain and update HR software. Maintain facebook pages. Has to perform day-to-day HR operations as well as periodical and special assignments. Update internal databases with new hire information on HR software. Preparing and drafting various types of HR-related letters and notices. Assist new employees to prepare their bank account. Provide ID card, appointment letter to the employee in a timely manner. Conduct background check, reference check, and verify identity before confirming employment of the candidate. Assist employee performance appraisal. Keep a record of necessary documents, manage and update personal files. Any other task assigned by management
