Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, chat, or in-person for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity. Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal functionality. Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security settings in systems like Active Directory or similar platforms. Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation of support activities. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware repairs or software support. Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes by setting up or disabling user systems and credentials. Perform routine system backups and ensure data integrity. Support software updates, patches, and system upgrades.
