Supervision & Leadership, Leading a team of electricians and electrical technicians., Assigning tasks and monitoring work progress., Training and mentoring workers to ensure high-quality workmanship., Planning & Coordination, Reviewing electrical blueprints, schematics, and work orders., Coordinating electrical work with other departments (mechanical, civil, etc.).,Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget., Safety & Compliance ,Enforcing electrical safety regulations and workplace safety policies., Ensuring workers follow proper safety procedures and use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).,Conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with national electrical codes., Installation & Maintenance, Supervising the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment., Overseeing cable pulling, conduit installation, circuit testing, and panel wiring., Ensuring proper grounding and bonding of electrical systems., Quality Control & Inspection, Inspecting electrical work to ensure it meets project specifications and standards., Performing tests on electrical systems to verify proper functionality., Ensuring compliance with local electrical codes and regulations., Reporting & Documentation, Maintaining records of work progress, electrical issues, and workforce activities., Preparing reports on completed tasks and any problems encountered., Ensuring all work is properly documented for compliance and future reference., Procurement & Inventory Management, ensuring availability of electrical materials, tools, and equipment., Coordinating with suppliers and procurement teams for necessary supplies., Problem-Solving & Decision Making, Troubleshooting electrical faults and providing solutions. Making quick decisions in case of system failures or work delays.
